The noise from the reception area in the mornings affected the peacefulness of the room.

Harlow mill was within a 20-minute walk from this hotel. Coho, set within 10 minutes' walk, was the best for dining. Good beds in the rooms.

Secondly, the attention to detail is impressive, with rooms that have purple slipper things and mattress toppers for extra comfort. We also loved the fact that the hotel is located next to a picturesque canal, making our stay even more enjoyable. The free WiFi was completely unusable, even though it said it was connected. This was very inconvenient and could be a problem for someone needing the Internet for work.
